One thing to make sure of while using an HD monitor, is to use an DVD player with an HDMI cord going out to your HDTV set. The aspect ratio of the DVD’s are 16:9 widescreen which is the correct fomat for HDTVs.

I do. I have a formula I use based on – $1 per mile – Point A to Point B’s distance in miles minus 30miles. Example: Your wedding is 100 miles from me. The fee would be $70. The total distance (round-trip) traveled would be 200 miles and 3hrs of time for $70.
Do I Need To Make Hotel/Motel Arrangements For You?
This is usually decided on a case by case basis. Typically when traveling to a wedding that is more than 1.5hrs away, I will require lodging the night before a wedding date and the night of. This is to protect against anything that can happen on a longer drive (ie-accidents, auto problems, acts of God, etc. It gives a time cushion to insure that I am safely near the event location and ready to perform in peak condition.
