“There Are No Scripts And No Second Takes… This Is Real. This Is Exciting!”
Here is the second part of the new demo DVD. It contains vignettes of my wedding footage intertwined with excerpts of an over-the-phone interview with a bride/client of mine from New York City, NY. Her wedding will take place in Montgomery, AL in the Fall of ’09 and she decided to add this service to her package.
The phone interview is a great addition to the Essential Package and gives the final DVD a personal insight and narrative to the bride’s feelings about her wedding day. Recording this phone interview before the wedding gives a rare opportunity to document the bride’s/groom’s excitement, nervousness, and joy about their day to come. I am able to ask the important questions in a tactful and candid way – there are no scripts, and no second-takes. This is a most exciting service that I am proud to innovate and integrate into my client’s wedding videos should they choose to do so.
Notice the mixing and editing of the audio… How delicately the interview blends with the natural sounds of the footage and the use of the song being played.
